Since each slime is handmade, there is a small processing time off about 3-5 days to insure your slime is perfect! Once shipped, you should receive your product in 5-10 days.

We do offer international shipping shipping times will vary depending on your destination.

When you receive your slime
When you first get your slime in the mail the texture may be a little off. And that's totally normal! After all, your slime did just travel through time and space to get to you. Each package of slime comes with borax powder. All you have to do is mix in some warm water and add a few drops into the slime to make it less sticky. But go slow; it's easy to over activate, just a few drops and it will be the perfect texture again

If the slime gets too hard/Thick
For clear slimes, just leave it in it's airtight container for a few days, preferably somewhere warm. After a few days it should soften up.
For opaque slimes, you can either mix in a few drops of lotion, or mix in a few drops of warm water.

My slime is too sticky! What do I do?Remember, the slime did just travel time and space to get to you so it may become sticky along the way. (We're still working on this feature in our time machine). But no worries! Each slime comes with an activator spray, all you have to do is pump a few sprays onto your slime and knead the slime until it's the desired texture. Go slow, slime can over activate and get hard quickly; you just want it to not be sticky!

Is Slime Edible?Some slimes look good enough to eat! But, no, slime is not edible.
